A few weeks ago, I signed a $12,000 private client.
And instead of asking, “What strategy worked?” I found myself asking a much more interesting question:
What has actually changed?
Because if I’m honest, client creation feels lighter than it has in a really long time.
Notice I didn’t say perfect or effortless. Just... lighter.
The surprising part is that almost none of the things that have made the biggest difference would show up in a marketing plan.
They’ve been shifts in how I think about my business, how I show up inside it, and the subtle ways I’ve stopped making client creation harder than it needs to be.
That’s what we’re talking about in this first episode.
Because I have a feeling I’m not the only one who’s confused “client creation feels hard” with “my whole business feels hard.”
